I honestly have never been to a restaurant that offered this classic provencal fish stew from the port city of Marseille. While in California, I had the good fortune to eat Cioppino at a couple of great restaurants that sold dozens and dozens of them everyday. The only problem that occurs is when you can not find a place that highlights their menu with a great fish stew. Odds are you are then better off making it at home. Quote for Today:  Hold the pickles; hold the lettuce, something new will not upset us.  Anonymous Today is National Fast Food Day 2012 and I could go on and on about my favorites.  With the economy today and American’s willingness to try new foods, fast food has definitely changed.  I have decided to give you five of my favorites from the city I grew up in – Atlanta. Moe’s Southwest Grill – Multiple locations – The “Joey Bag of Donuts” is my favorite.  Grilled Sirloin, Chicken or Pork wrapped in a giant flour tortilla with seasoned rice, red or black beans, shredded cheese and twenty plus items that can be added as desired.  I opt for the fresh cilantro, fresh jalapenos, and Moe’s Hard Rock & Roll Sauce.  It is delicious.
